Laurent Pelly is one of the world's leading opera and theatre directors, creating productions that combine theatrical imagination, meticulous detail and a distinctive visual language. He designs the costumes for all his productions, and, on occasion, the sets, creating richly integrated stage worlds in which design and storytelling are inseparable.
